General questions:

1. Who can join as advertiser or user?

Answer: Anyone who owns mobile phone from any country can join as advertiser or user. .

 

2. Will my personal information be used in other website or unauthorized manner?

Answer: No, we will not abuse advertiser or user personal information; nor we share advertiser / user information with other.

 

Mobile phone user questions:

1. What are the contents that user expect to receive?

Answer: We only send legal advertisement content to registered user. User should not expect to receive any content that is illegal in the country where user reside such as drug, racial site, torture, children abuse, weapon, etc.

 

2. If someone has no mobile phone, can he/ she registered as user?

Answer: As we are sending advertisement thru SMS, user needs to have mobile phone to register.

 

3. What if I change my mobile phone number or address?

Answer: Login into your account and update your profile to continue this service.

 

4. How often is the payout?

Answer: once your account reach US$100, we will send to you thru paypal, bank wire, check or western union.

 

5. How much do I earn as user for each SMS I receive?

Answer: Here is the breakdown of SMS earning:

A. If you receive emergency news (such as typhoon in your area), there is no money for you (user).

B. If user receive an product/ service advertisement SMS, user earn $US0.02 per SMS without doing anything.

C. If user receive an product / service advertisement SMS and user reply the SMS with "useful" feedback, user earn US$0.28+US$0.02 (from part B). Even if user reply more than once, it counted as once. User may reply the advertisement thru web link provided by us. "Useful" feedback means constructive feedback, not blank page or any not un-readable text.

Note: all above profit sharing structure are subject to change without notice.

 

6. What if my phone is out of coverage or out of service?

Answer: If SMS is unable to deliver to certain phone number more than 3 times in 2-months time frame, we will de-activate the account. user may re-activate their account by login into their account after they have fixed their phone.

 

7. Can user register more than one mobile phone number?

Answer: Every user only allowed to register one mobile phone number but this mobile number can be updated or change when necessary.

 

8. Will the ads content be in English only? Can I reply the SMS in other language?

Answer: Depending on the advertiser, the advertisement could be in different languages other than English. You should reply the SMS with same language as original SMS.

 

9. If user reply the SMS with blank page or short sentence or un-readable text, will they get their credit?

Answer: No credit will be give for "useless" SMS reply.

 

10. Where is user reply goes? Will user identity be protected?

Answer: All SMS reply comes to us, we will compile and send to advertiser. With this process, all user personal information is protected.

 

11. Any spam involve? Can user stop receive SMS anytime?

Answer: If in anytime user feel like to stop receiving SMS, they may login to they account and suspend the account. We guarantee there is no spam as we read every ads content before send to user. 

 

12. Can I use my email account instead of mobile phone number?

Answer: No, we accept only mobile phone number.

 

13. Do I get incentive for recommending this service to my friends and family?

Answer: Yes, for every account that you introduce, you get US$5 when the new account earns more than us$100. The us$5 is one-time payment not recursive.

 

14. Is there a deadline of when user need to response / reply to the SMS advertisements in order to earn the credit?

Answer: Yes, user needs to reply / response to the SMS within 24 hours after received the SMS. Late response will earn user nothing (no credit given).

 

15. I do not want to receive SMS advertisement anymore, can I terminate my account?

Answer: Yes, just login and "terminate" your account online. We will not send you any more SMS after that.

Advertiser questions:

1. What advertisement contents are allowed and what are not allowed?

Answer: We do not accept any content that is illegal in the country where advertiser reside (or business conducted ) such as drug, racial content, torture, children abuse, weapon, etc

 

2,. Do you accept any political party campaign?

Answer: If the advertisement content fall within our guideline, we will accept political campaign advertisement.

 

3. As advertiser, can I choose certain target group for my campaign?

Answer: Yes, you may choose based on age, gender, language or geography area for your campaign be broadcasted.

 

4. What is the cost for each SMS be sent to user?

Answer. For low volume broadcast (less than 10,000 users), it costs US$0.25 per SMS without feedback / reply from user. Or, US$0.45 for each SMS with feedback / reply from user. It is negotiable for users number exceed 10,000. Price range is higher if advertiser request for exclusive product advertisement (meaning no competitor's ads broadcast thru us within certain period of time at certain region). Contact us for exclusive ads rate.

 

5. Will advertised get the reply/ feedback direct from user?

Answer: We will compile the feedback and send to advertiser, removing personal information of the user from the content.

 

6. Do you accept pictures ads or MMS ads?

Answer: Not yet. We are working on it.

 

7. How do I credit my account?

Answer: Publisher may credit their account thru credit card, pay pal or check.

 

8. How do I stop competitor from taking advantage of my ads campaign?

Answer: You may request for exclusive ads campaign that allows you to book entire contract for certain period of time at certain area/ region.

 

9. When will advertiser expect to receive the compiled report from shinedaily?

Answer: Within 14-days of first broadcast of SMS, advertiser can expect a compile report from shinedaily.

 

10. Why credit is in British pound while debit (spending) is in US dollar?

Answer: We do accept US dollar credit with p a y p a l or western union. However, if you use credit card as means of adding credit, then it is in pound. Conversion rate of pound to us dollar is based on exchange rate on that particular day.
